Online Booking Policy

A credit card is required to hold your appointment when booking online. The credit card on file is not charged unless you cancel late or no show. By booking an appointment online you agree to the terms of our booking and cancellation policies. All forms required for the appointment must be filled out in order for the appointment to be booked. If you do not get a text or email confirmation the appointment was not booked. If you experience difficulty or need assistance, please call/ text 203.871.1966 for assistance. If you fail to complete online booking completely your spot will not be held, and if you show up we may not be able to accommodate you.

Groupon Policy

Groupon voucher must be given at the time of booking to hold your appointment. When booking online a credit card is still required to hold the appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show your appointment your voucher will be redeemed. Please be mindful of the Groupon terms on your voucher and note we will not be able to accept multiple Groupons per person.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 30% of your service as a late cancel fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

We look forward to serving you!
