Please give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This gives us time to offer this time slot to another client. Same day cancels or no shows will result in loss of deposit.
If you do not confirm your appointment through email or text, we will contact you, and if we do not hear back from you, we reserve the right to give your appointment slot to another customer.

Booking with a Voucher
If you are booking Groupon voucher, keep in mind these are for new clients only, and only one per person is allowed. If you are already a customer at the salon, all additional services need to be purchased through us. If you attempt to use more than one Groupon your appointment will not be accepted.
Please select Groupon under service type. Then select the service your voucher is for. You will be able to select an available date and time.
You will be asked for credit card information. You will not be charged at the time of booking. Credit Cards are required to hold your appointment time.
